Prawn Cocktail Baguette with Avocado


A classic avocado and prawn cocktail, also known as the famous Avocado Ritz, is a timeless and delicious starter. Our modern presentation includes all the ageless elements for an elegant starter or appetizer.


  • 2 fresh baguettes
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled, stoned and halved
  • 1 tub ready-made prawn cocktail
  • Handful of microgreens
  • Freshly ground black pepper


  1. Cut the baguettes into slices and toast lightly on a griddle pan or in the oven. Slice the avocado halves into fans and arrange on plates.
  2. Place prawn cocktail on top and garnish with microgreens and a grinding of black pepper.
