Recipe
- 2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pip removed
- 2 cloves garlic, finely crushed or grated
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce (optional)
- Good squeeze of lemon
- Pinch of salt and good grinding of black pepper
- Steak cooked to your liking
- Shebo, or tomato onion relish
- Pap or samp
Description
- Make the topping by mashing the avocado roughly with a fork and mixing in the other ingredients.
- Spoon dressing on top of cooked steak, serve with extra lemon wedges, and serve immediately.
