Ingredients:
- 300 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 375 ml (1½ cups) mashed avocado
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) hot chocolate powder (optional)
Description
Method:
- Line a 13 cm x 18 cm dish with baking paper.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds or until melted. Blitz in the avo until smooth. Spread into the prepared dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Turn out and slice into 15 blocks. Dust with hot chocolate, if you like.
