Choc Avo Fudge

Ingredients:
  • 300 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 375 ml (1½ cups) mashed avocado
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) hot chocolate powder (optional)

Description

Method:
  1. Line a 13 cm x 18 cm dish with baking paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds or until melted. Blitz in the avo until smooth. Spread into the prepared dish.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Turn out and slice into 15 blocks. Dust with hot chocolate, if you like.
  Tip: Make this fudge sugar-free and diabetic friendly by replacing the dark chocolate with sugar-free milk chocolate. Replace the hot chocolate powder with cocoa powder.
