Recipe
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- a good dash of black pepper
- a pinch of salt (optional)
- 1 tbsp or more sweetener of choice, honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar etc.
- Pinch of turmeric and pepper for garnishing
Description
- Add all ingredients to a blender, blend for a minute until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness and blend again for 15 seconds.
- Pour into serving glasses, and serve sprinkled with a pinch of turmeric and pepper to garnish.
- Serve immediately.
