AVOCADO, BANANA AND TUMERIC LASSI

Recipe

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • a good dash of black pepper
  • a pinch of salt (optional)
  • 1 tbsp or more sweetener of choice, honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar etc.
  • Pinch of turmeric and pepper for garnishing

Description

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, blend for a minute until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness and blend again for 15 seconds.
  3. Pour into serving glasses, and serve sprinkled with a pinch of turmeric and pepper to garnish.
  4. Serve immediately.
