Recipe

  • ¼ ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • ½ banana
  • 2 dates, pitted, and soaked in boiling water
  • ½ teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Description

  1. Drain the dates, and chop.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to a smooth purée.
  3. Serve.
